Anthony Christner

  • CEO/Project Estimator

    Since developing the business in 1998, Anthony spends most of his time growing the company and working closely with customers in order to exceed their expectations. As owner, Anthony is always passionate about what CCI Group represents and the group of people that make CCI Group a success.

Deneill Christner

  • CFO/COO

    Dee is very active in the daily operations of the business and loves to work with CCI Group staff to assist in its growth and customer service. She holds a BA in Nursing and serves as the company's first aid respondent in addition to serving as CFO/COO.

Brad Fisher

  • Director of Sales & Estimating

    Brad joined the CCI team in 2018. He grew up attending Eddyville Blakesburg Fremont, moving on to attend Indian Hills Community College. He has experience as a welder, service writer, supervisor, and 14 years in management.

Jeremiah Carter

  • Director of Operations / Project Manager

    Jeremiah has been in the construction field for over 20+ years, and joined CCI Group in 2017. His specialty is Job Site Management.

Devin Verwers

  • Project Manager

    Devin joined the CCI team in 2023.  He graduated from William Penn University with a degree in industrial technology/business management.  He has been around many different facets of construction throughout his life and comes to CCI with most of his previous experience being in commercial HVAC and project management.


Chaitanya Dokala

  • Project Engineer

    Chaitanya joined the CCI Group in 2020. He graduated from Iowa State University with a degree in Construction Engineering and Management.

Alan Love

  • Project Estimator

    Alan has been with CCI Group since 2013 and has over 25 years experience in sales and the building industry. 

Jake Ludemann

  • Project Estimator

    Jake joined the CCI team in 2017 as a carpenter, moved up to foreman in 2018 and currently now an Estimator.  He has over 10 years experience in the construction industry.

Melissa Hughes

  • Administration Assistant & Marketing Coordinator

    Melissa started with CCI Group in 2022. She attended IHCC in Centerville and William Penn University in Oskaloosa for Marketing. 

Erica Spurgeon

  • Office Manager

    Erica has been with CCI Group since 2011. She received her Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Buena Vista.

       Cory Kincart

  • Project & Safety Coordinator

    Cory comes to CCI Group with over 30 years of administrative experience.  She received her Administrative Secretarial Degree from Indian Hills Community College. 

Richard Dye

  • Project Superintendent

    Richard has been a member of CCI Group since 2008. He has served in the construction industry for over 30 years. 

Kevin Chamberlain

  • Project Superintendent

    Kevin has been a member of CCI Group since 2017. He has served in the construction industry for 30 years. 

Daniel VanDevender

  • Project Superintendent

    Dan joins the CCI team with 30 year's experience in the construction industry.  Dan has experience in commercial roofing, HVAC and plumbing.  He has also worked in the industrial and maintenance fields.

Curt Krieger

  • Project Superintendent

    Curt joins the CCI team with 40 year's experience in large commercial construction.  Curt has 20 years experience in supervisory roles.

Wayne Appleton

  • Project Superintendent

    Wayne is a local to the area and has over 12 years in industrial maintenance and management. His vast experience in team leading and forecasting make him a great fit as Project Superintendent.

Scott Fisher

  • Warehouse Manager

    Scott became part of the CCI team in 2023. He grew up in rural Blakesburg and finished his education at Indian Hills Community College, graduating from the Auto Collison Technology program. He has worked in various industries throughout his career, with the majority of his time spent in warehousing roles
