Scope of Project: Centerville Community Betterment (CCB) - The owners of this property contacted CCI while they were in the process of purchasing the building. We began by providing the purchasers with a thorough inspection of the building and property. Once the building was purchased, CCI collaborated closely with the new owners to guide them through a Design-Build project. We were able to work with the CCB leadership to understand their needs, and being mindful of their budget constraints, we found solutions to all the challenges that arose along the way. Looking at the beautiful pictures of this space, it's hard to believe it was a busy grocery store just months earlier. We are very proud of this project, as it truly reflects what CCI has to offer. We had a customer with a dream, and we were able to guide them from start to finish to make that dream a reality. As a result, Centerville Community Betterment now has a beautiful new facility to share with the community and offer its much-needed services.
