Dee Christner
CFO | COO
As a partner in the business, Dee is active in daily operations and finances. She holds a BA in Nursing and serves as the in-house nurse. She prides herself as being the integrator of the business and enjoys the relationships she’s built over the years.

Erica Spurgeon
Office Manager
Erica joined Christner Contracting in 2011 and quickly excelled in her role as office manager. She holds an accounting degree from Buena Vista University, which provides a strong analytical foundation for her operational responsibilities. In her free time, she enjoys golfing and spending time with her family.

Brad Fisher
Director of Sales | Estimating
Brad joined Christner Contracting in 2018 as a superintendent and recently earned his Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC) certification, a distinction held by less than 1% of contractors. He has over 16 years in management with a majority of that time spent at JBS. He is a fantastic cook and loves coaching baseball, helping his community, and being a family man.
